CarePlus 24

We are a care company with a mission to provide excellent care, to listen to clients and provide a unique, personalised service at competitive prices.

We employ staff who like people; who smile naturally and love to help others. Then we train them to be safe, competent carers and to respect our clients’ dignity and individuality. Most staff are permanent employees with full employment rights. This helps us to retain our staff and encourages loyalty.

Our Services:

  • Specialists in Live in Care
  • Domiciliary (Home) Care
  • Nursing home avoidance
  • Respite care
  • Re-enablement
  • Hospital discharge care
  • End-of-life care

We also offer:

  • Support workers
  • Personal assistants
  • Support planning & brokerage
  • Companionship
  • Shopping & outings
  • Housework
  • Medication support

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission. All staff are DBS (Police) checked and trained to CQC requirements.

Your own Personal Assistant
Should you wish to employ and pay your own Personal Assistant we can take the strain out of the selection process which can be quite daunting. For a small fee, we can vet Personal Assistants to your requirements, offer you a shortlist to choose from and provide you with an employment contract. We will advise you on your responsibilities to obtain insurance cover.

For your peace-of-mind, we can also take on the responsibility of paying the PA’s wages, tax and national insurance contributions and ensuring the legal requirements for holiday pay and other benefits are met.

When you’re happy, we’re happy.
