We provide support for people with learning disabilities and people with autism. We offer a range of services to young people from the age of 8 and adults of all ages, including those with complex needs or challenging behaviour.

Services include:

  • support for people living in their own homes or shared housing
  • support to find and maintain your own home
  • a team of support advisors to help individuals and their families  with a personal budget
  • transition support  for young people leaving schools and colleges or family home
  • opportunities for learning, employment and participating in the community
  • day opportunities and outreach support
  • short breaks and respite - including in the home
  • residential care services (in neighbouring Counties)
