Birchgrove Nursing Home

Birchgrove is registered for elderly people who require nursing care, suffer from dementia or a mental health diagnosis. Our residents are generally over sixty years of age, however we do accept younger residents if we can meet their nursing and care needs.

Our philosophy of care is to provide our residents with a secure, relaxed and homely environment in which their care, well-being and comfort are of prime importance.

New residents are able to keep their existing GP if he/she wishes, however we do have GP’s visiting our homes each week, or as required. Referrals to all departments within the NHS can be arranged through the GP and the home.
