There is a wide range of day activities and projects for you to get involved in and you’re able to build a programme of sessions based on your own interests and what you want to do such as
Performing arts - we provide theater space for performance by people with learning disabilities and the wider community
Out and about - we offer bowling, football, swimming, table tennis and badminton to develop peoples' health and fitness. Service users can also compete in events with the Brighton & Hove Special Olympics team
Health and wellbeing - courses in yoga, gardening, dance and movement are offerred as well as rambling, to give a greater awareness of health and wellbing
Work and skills - independent living and progression to work placements are promoted with our customer service, retail training, using computers, money skills and literacy activities.
Creative arts - encouraging creativity through our textiles, mosaics, puppets, pottery, printing and photography courses
