19a Rock Street - Brighton and Sussex Care

Brighton & Sussex Care offers a unique combination of outstanding community support and access to therapy & high quality accommodation to individuals throughout the Brighton and East Sussex area.

Many people who use our services have learning disabilities, physical disabilities or have mental health needs.  Some may have been discharged from hospital, moved out of residential care, experienced homeless or simply moving on towards greater independence.

Whether you are an individual who is currently in a placement where you are looking for your next step forward or a health professional looking for a placement for a patient stepping down from a long-stay hospital or care home, our role is to plan, co-ordinate and deliver individual support for every person who uses our services, enabling each person to live as independently as possible in their own homes, in a community setting.

Some people may require only a few hours support a week; others may need continual support and care.  We have established links working with local authorities and the NHS throughout the UK to support people to lead healthy and happy lives.
