The Maples

Description

As a family business we believe in putting our residents first, to create a homely atmosphere and to maintain the standard of care that improves the quality of life for our residents.

Our approach to caring has evolved over many years through listening to our residents needs, then ensuring we can meet those needs.

We have a relaxed pace of life and are flexible with routines, each of our residents chooses what they want to do and when they want to do it.

Our staff are trained in caring for people with Dementia, Parkinson's Disease and End of Life Care.

We can provide respite care - we offer families/carers an opportunity for them to have a break with the reassurance that their loved one is being cared for in a sensitive, safe and friendly environment. Respite is also ideal for people who need short term care after an operation or illness.

Each of our rooms is finished to a high standard and all have a call bell system which enables residents to call for staff support or assistance when in their rooms.

There are also two wet rooms and a lift that services the ground and first floor which provides support to those residents with mobility issues. We have a communal lounge and dining room as well as a conservatory where they can pursue hobbies, watch TV, take part in activities, chat with friends or just relax.

We also have a small back garden area and there is access for frames and wheelchairs throughout the home.
