Choosing a care provider for yourself or a loved one can be a daunting experience. There is much to be considered but we aim to make the transition as sooth and as easy as possible by offering a wide range of services:

Personal Care (including bathing)
Enabling you to live independently in your own home.

Social Care
For the individual to involve themselves in Community activities.

Escort Service
Personal Service to enable you to visit friends / family or attend hospital / GP appointments. Door to door service.

Day/Night Sitting
For family and friends of a relative / loved one who require the assurance that someone is there should a need arise.

Assistance to those individuals who require help with personal cleanliness.

Live in Service
The assurance of having a caring professional living in a relative or loved one's own home to provide care and assistance to the individual whilst also providing peace of mind for loved ones and relatives.

Providing assistance for those chores you no longer able to do by yourself, including washing and hovering.
Personal shopping service for individuals who are either no longer able to shop for themselves or require assistance when they do go shopping.

Emergency Assistance
Personal service in times of need where assistance is needed in an emergency situation other than 999 services until long term care arrangements have been made.

Direct Payments/Individual Budgets
For those individuals who have made arrangements with Social Services for Direct Payments and for those individuals with Individual Budgets allowing them to have the freedom of choice when selecting their own care provider.

Waking Nights
Sleep in service of a caring professional who will attend an individual during the night taking care of any problems that may arise.

Sleeping Nights
Sleep in service of a caring professional.

Care Quality Commission

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is a non-departmental public body established to regulate and inspect health and social care services in England.

Their role is to check whether hospitals, care homes, GPs, dentists, and care services delivered in your home are meeting national standards.

Approved Homecare

This is one of East Sussex County Council ‘s Approved Homecare Providers and has met the Council’s quality assurance criteria. The Council may undertake periodic audits and provide support to help ensure standards remain high.

Ratings and reports from organisations may vary as different aspects of the service are reviewed at different times
