Dyslexia East Sussex

Julie Sellars is a local neuro diverse specialist and mental health mentor who understands specific needs and helps provide information, guidance and support to enable people to find a way through academic study or workplace rigours.

The characteristics of neurodiversity can sometimes mean that people have problems with organisation, written work, and presentations which can cause high levels of anxiety. By contacting Julie, you can develop various coping strategies to reduce stress levels and to overcome daily struggles.

If you qualify for support under the Access to Work scheme, Julie can also:

  • Help with your application
  • Demystify the process
  • Clarify your own expectations and goals
  • Support you through the process

Further information about Neurodiversity, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD and ADD is free to access online along with different approaches to learn and practice in everday situations too.
