Wellbeing Boxes

Description

Wellbeing Boxes are a resource that can be borrowed by East Sussex Library members for free.

The aim of the boxes is to empower you to take ownership of your own health.

Each portable box contains interactive resources, local service information and literature about different areas of wellbeing, using the NHS five ways to mental wellbeing (connect; be active; take notice; keep learning; give).

They also have leaflets, flyers and posters about local groups, organisations and activities, which you can keep.

The whole box can be borrowed from the library for up to three weeks. Family Wellbeing boxes and Teen Wellbeing Bags are also available to borrow for free.

Reserve online or talk to a member of staff.
