If you’re aged 18 and over and need support around your drug or alcohol use, our community services can help. The support we provide is person-centred and includes one-to-one and group support, as well as medical interventions.


Our services include:

  • Information and advice
  • Assessments
  • Community outreach
  • Access to mutual aid
  • Harm reduction including needle exchange, BBV testing, STI testing, contraception
  • Psychosocial interventions including care coordination, group work, peer support
  • Pharmacological interventions including OST and benzo
  • Breaking Free Online – a companion app to use on your smartphone
  • Access to education, training and employment services, including volunteering
  • Peer mentor programme
  • Family and carer support (FACT) including counselling
  • Housing liaison and referral
  • Access to detox and rehab detox packages
  • Women’s service (Oasis)
  • LGBTQ service
  • Dual diagnosis liaison and referral
