People in Partnership

Description

Strategic volunteering members work alongside Commissioners and others services to help improve quality and make changes

People in Partnership seeks to engage people that represent the local community, specifically individuals who have mental health challenges or those who care for them.

In addition, PIP wants to promote the voice of unrepresented groups to ensure any information gathered is representative of a diverse and wider community.

The main aim of the service is to ensure that people with mental health problems, their families and carers, will be engaged to represent client and carers views on service delivery, design and on-going representation in a variety of meetings and settings.

  • We run local network meetings across Hastings, Rother, Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford.
  • Volunteering opportunities to get involved with Event, Network meetings and local projects.
  • Strategic volunteering members work alongside Commissioners and others services to help improve quality and make changes
  • On going engagement events throughout the year
