Home Meal Preparation
Eastbourne and surrounding areas.
Monday to Friday 9am-3pm Outside of these hours by negotiation
Charging and related information
£15 per hour daytime.
£20 per hour after 6pm and weekends.
Areas of interest: Autism & Asperger’s - I am currently a volunteer helping an Autistic child on the Son Rise Programme. Currently learning level 1 BSL (British Sign Language)
Other interests include: Theatre, dance, cinema, music, fitness, swimming, watching sports , computing & marketing.
I have previous personal experience as an unpaid carer providing transport to and from hospital/doctors appointments, liaising with medical professionals, arranging equipment for the home, administering medication, helping with housework, food preparation and giving companionship, social engagements etc. I have great personal skills of compassion, patience and humour along with great listening skills. I love nothing better than a cup of tea and good natter.
I have completed the East Sussex County Council Support with Confidence PA Training, First Aid, Food Hygiene, business training, Medication training, Manual Handling, Safeguarding Adults & Autism Courses. I am fully insured. I am a genuinely kind person and love to care for others. My goal is to make whomever I am working for as comfortable and happy as possible and to give them the time to do the things they love, whilst giving the families peace of mind knowing the person is safe and supported.

All services are vetted and approved on grounds of quality, safety, and training before being approved as a member of the scheme.
