South East Water – Priority Service Registration

Description

The Priority Service Register is a free service for customers who may be vulnerable or have additional needs. It includes

  • Telling you of work which may interrupt your water supply
  • Priority treatment should your water supply be interrupted
  • Sending you important information in a format convenient for you
  • Having your water bill sent to a nominated person (they must agree to this)
  • Easy-to-read, large print bills, we can also arrange to call you and read your bill to you
  • Registering a password for South East Water to use when calling at your home to help protect you from bogus callers

Our dedicated Customer Care Team is a one-stop shop to deal with all enquiries both directly and indirectly. The team consists of both office and field based staff and will ensure you're offered the lowest tariff available and/or appropriate additional services. We offer a full and comprehensive level of assistance covering many aspects including but not limited to

  • financial advice in relation to water charges
  • supply issues and queries and account breakdowns
  • assist in the completion of forms for our tariffs or services.
