Hands of Hope Charity

Description

Hand of Hope Charity (HOH) is a local, Peasmarsh-based community charity, working IN and FOR the local community with two main aims - to tackle rural isolation and childhood obesity, through the production of locally grown, organic food.

Community projects such as "The Wall" have been designed as perfect opportunities to teach, train and encourage healthy food choices among adults and children, bringing both generations together. There are also HOH lunch clubs which aim to bring older people together to enjoy a hot nutritious meal and socialise with friends at the same time.
