  • With profound and multiple learning disabilities, physical disabilities, communication and sensory impairments and complex health needs including epilepsy
  • Aged 18 and over


  • Person centred planning
  • Fully adapted environment with ceiling tracking in bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Support with life and independence skills development
  • Support to identify and maintain education placements
  • Support to identify and attend social and leisure activities
  • Access to therapy services including massage, music and pet therapy
  • Specialist support for people with complex healthcare needs, including PEG feeding
  • Up to 24 hour staffing
  • Waking night staff
