Sussex Empowered Living

Sussex Empowered Living specialises in supporting adults aged between 18 and 65 to live as independently as possible in their own homes throughout and around Brighton. The people we support typically have learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism or physical disabilities and have recently moved on from a hospital or residential care setting or are currently living at home and simply wanting to maintain, or gain greater levels of, independence. Whether the individual needs care and support for only a few hours a week or on a more continual basis, we work in partnership with everyone involved to plan, co-ordinate and deliver a highly person centred and outcomes focused service designed to optimise their health, wellbeing and independence.

Through our links with external organisations and by supporting people who use our services to access a wide range of in-house and community resources, we aim to provide a care and support package that enables those who use our services to live the lives that they want to live and achieve what is important to them.
