Frances Taylor Foundation Homecare Services

Home and Community Support service offers person-centred care services, through which we enable individuals throughout the Brighton and Hove city area to comfortably enjoy life in their own homes, and to access the community – and all its opportunities - safely. We strive to provide a high-quality service. Through our friendly approach, well-trained staff and forward-thinking philosophies, we regularly achieve high satisfaction ratings from the people we support.

We can help with a wide range of daily living skills. This may include helping people to plan their days, keep their home secure, pay bills, shop and cook, and to get out and about especially where people are at risk of isolation and withdrawal. We are also able to offer complex personal care when needed to support people with disabilities and/or health care conditions. This can help avoid hospital admissions, and can provide reablement support for people leaving hospital.
