Seaford Stroke & Caring Club


The Seaford Stroke & Caring Club is open to stroke survivors and persons with a disability.

The club enjoys a range of activities on a weekly basis including musical programmes, exercise, art, games and visits from external speakers. 

The club also enjoys annual lunches out and garden parties

Meetings are Mondays 2pm to 4pm
