Services we provide

Live in care – The great thing about A Plus Care is we provide care and support which is tailored to your exact requirements. Your trained Carer will assist you with day to day activities, personal care and needs and wishes enabling you to concentrate on the more important things in life.

Hourly care – Our Domiciliary home care service starts from just 30 minutes per care visit and can be extended to as many hours you require, day or night.

Respite Care – Even though many families take great joy in providing care to their loved ones, the physical and emotional consequences for the family carer can be overwhelming without some support. Respite provides a break for the family carer, which is where A Plus Care can help.

Prevention of Hospital Admission – The primary aim of this service is to reduce the need for hospitalization. So when you are looking at one to one care, its is our expertise and experience that will notice detailed changes in our clients health.

Hospital Discharge – Despite noticeable efforts in hospitals, there remain a number of recurring problems that we can help with when your loved one needs assistance getting back on their feet.

Sleep-in & Waking Nights – With our waking nights, one of our care staff will come to your home for the night and remain awake and help provide whatever assistance or monitoring is needed.
