Sussex Rehabilitation Centre

Description

This outpatient service provides assessment, treatment and advice to people with neurological impairment, including stoke, traumatic brain injury and Multiple Sclerosis. It aims to improve physical wellbeing, functional status and decrease the care needs of patients.

The service is for individuals living within Brighton and Hove and some patients from East Sussex.

How To Access

Written referrals are received from GPs, hospital consultants and other health professionals in the community eg, the community rehabilitation teams.

Opening Hours

Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm
Friday 8am to 4:30pm  (Excluding bank holidays)
