Eastbourne Road


Eastbourne Road is a residential home supporting young adults with learning disabilities who may also have associated complex behavioural needs, epilepsy and or autism..

It is a large detached house between Polegate and Eastbourne. On the ground floor there is a large lounge, dinning room and kitchen. We have three individuals’ bedrooms on the ground floor, a sleep-in room and a waking night staff every night. On the first floor there are six further bedrooms and a communal bathroom.
Ages 18 to 46 years.
We provide 24 hour support to nine adults with learning disabilities, in a very relaxed and homely setting. Support is tailored to reflect individual need. With a focus on developing independent living skills and the possible future pathways to supported living.
