Whitebeach

Description

Whitebeach is a beautiful, bright and spacious care home for older people with Dementia.

A loving caring environment for elderly people who can no longer live independently. We provide

  • Long term care
  • Respite care
  • Dementia care
  • Parkinsons/Alzheimer's care

We pride ourselves on providing exceptionally high standards of care from qualified and experienced staff, having more carers on duty than at most other care homes.

We provide our residents with 24 hour care from a team of fully trained and experienced staff. We implement and unique and innovative approach to dementia care within all our homes. We have a clear focus on searching and meeting our residents emotional needs.

All of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and some are perfectly suited to couples. They are individually decorated and all have a bright outlook.

There are two living areas. The garden has been landscaped to create a beautiful sensory garden with stimulating colours smells and running water. At the end of the garden is a decorated reminiscing caravan that is used to recreate happy holiday times, BBQ’s, parties etc. The dining room is partitioned to create a more personal dining experience. There is a lift to all floors, and a wide ramp at the front of the property for ease of access.

Home-cooked food with our emphasis on a varied changing menu. Our cooks cater for many varied diets, menus are changed regularly and residents' requests for new meals are accommodated for.

We run a continuous outings/ trips programme with our fully equipped and accessible mini bus
