The PA service I offer aims to enhance your quality of life and promote independence:
List of services
Domestic Duties: Vacuuming, dusting, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, laundry, washing up, room tidying, light gardening etc.
Home Meal Preparation: Preparation of food, either supporting or cooking or helping in preparation of cold and/or ready-made meals.
Personal Care: Supporting a client to wash, dress, assist to toilet and support with eating.
Medication Assistance: Prompting to take medication, medical practitioner liaison and accompanying to medical appointments.
Pet Services: walking, feeding and sitting service.
Shopping Assistance: food and clothes shopping, trips with clients to town or shopping centre, garden centres.
Social Engagement Activities: Escorting to parks, social clubs, café, gym etc. Visits to family, friends, one-to-one engagement in activities, assistance in attending events, shows etc.
Transport Provision: driving to hospital / doctor appointments, social clubs and access to public transport etc.
Other services may be offered and provided after discussion and agreement by both parties.

Charging and related information
Minimum 2 hours per visit.
Saturdays from £20.00 per hour and £16.00 per half hour
Weekdays from £14.00 per hour and £10.00 per half hour
Bank Holidays from £28.00 per hour and £20 per half hour
Mileage: £0.45 per mile
Important information - Extra costs when escorting a client (e.g. public transport, food, tickers to an event) are at the client's expense.
I have experience of working with people with a dementia, their carers and family.
I enjoy light gardening, visiting gardens, most crafts, gentle cycling, walking our small dog and cat.

The Support with Confidence scheme is run by East Sussex County Council Trading Standards and Adult Social Care.
