Bipolar Self Help Groups

Description

We're the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals with the much misunderstood and devastating condition of bipolar, their families and carers.

Our Support Groups are free to attend and are open to anyone affected by bipolar, including family, friends and carers. If you're over 18, you can just turn up!

Brighton meets: 1st Wednesday of every month from 7.30pm to 9.30pm  

Hasting meets: 3rd Thursday of the month 6.30pm to 8pm
