HomeCareDirect are a specialist Personal Budgets service supporting people nationwide.

People who use HomeCareDirect services choose and manage their ideal personal assistants (PAs), yet HomeCareDirect take on the employer responsibilities on their behalf – allowing all the choice and control over their care, but without the hassle of being their PAs employer! 

PAs can be neighbours, friends, family members (in certain circumstances) or someone found through advertising and interview.

It’s HomeCareDirects mantra that PAs should not only be someone with the right skills, but also someone with the right personality and outlook. Where there’s a training requirement, HomeCareDirect work with individuals/families to arrange tailored training for their PAs that matches their specific needs. Training takes place in the home with the individual/families full involvement wherever possible.
