The Vines Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre

The Vines provides person-centred neuro-rehabilitation programmes for adults who have had an acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury or any neurological conditions.

As a step down service, we offer support for individuals who have had their initial rehabilitation in hospital services. Our aim is to promote independence and help each resident back into the community.

With support from a psychologist, occupational therapist and physiotherapists, the team at The Vines consists of:

  • Clinical psychiatrist
  • Neuro-psychologist
  • Support staff

We have a daily activities programme based on individual interests and abilities. Our patients decide what they want to do, based on their person-centred plan, as well as through the discovery of further hobbies and activities.
