Outreach support to enable individuals with mental health issues to access the community,  We provide outreach support and community workshops.


We currently offer outreach support to enable individuals with mental health issues to access the community. Our primary focus is community solutions. We are a provider of a specifically tailored service, which support, inspire and empower clients to regain and extend their independence. 

The Arc Community Workshops offer a range of creative and engagement development programmes. The Arc is a social community workshop designed to support individuals in fundamental areas of their lives, focussed on enabling recovery. Sessions include: budget planning; paying bills; menu planning; food shopping; drama workshops; craft workshops; book club; meet & eat club; relaxation groups; listening ear and bespoke workshops and excursions.


At Arc Links outreach support we specialise in providing a wide range of services to assist individuals with mental health issues to enhance activities of daily living, access and participate in their chosen community and strengthen well-being. 

Arc Links comprises a flexible combination of services in the home or in the community. We support individuals to regain, retain and extend their independence.

At Arc Links we are all about supporting people with mental health issues to achieve their best possible quality of life and the promotion of well-being. 

Over 4 years experience working with mental health.

NVQ5 in Health and Social Care. 


We work in partnership with clients, statutory and voluntary organisations supporting clients with varying mental health issues. We offer rehabilitation and community reintegration with the aim to ensure that a range of services and choices are available as part of their care package.

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm We do not work Bank Holidays, including Christmas and New Year.

Charging and related information

£15 per hour - self-funders / £17 per hour (from 1st May 2017).

£14.56 - ESCC. Exclusive of travel.

Travel is charged at 45p per mile.

A member of the Support with Confidence Scheme.

Accreditation Information

The Support with Confidence scheme is run by East Sussex County Council Trading Standards and Adult Social Care.

All services are vetted and approved on grounds of quality, safety, and training before being approved as a member of the scheme.
