Sussex Elderly Care is a health and social care consultancy and operational support service to Home Care Agencies, Residential and Nursing Homes. Our commitment is to provide practical solutions to achieve compliance and promote a high quality service to achieve best practice.

We specialise in the following key areas, setting standards for excellence:

  1. Care Consultancy - audits, quality assurance, operational support services, develop care plans, risk assessments.
  2. Community Care - home care, social events, elderly support, community hub, dementia care.
  3. Training and recruitment - Support managers to remain in post, retain staff, offer security, support with referrals, DBS checks, induction, care certificate and coaching.
All our staff are professional skilled workers having practical experience and professional qualifications in managing and addressing health & social care needs for the elderly, especially in dementia care, as well as those with mental and physical disabilities.
 
We offer our services around Sussex and Kent including areas surrounding Brighton, Seaford, Hailsham, Eastbourne, Bexhill and Sevenoaks. All our services are flexible and affordable.
Sussex Elderly Care is a member of the Support With Confidence scheme.

Accreditation Information

The Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA) is as a not for profit organisation who ensure that accredited advisers have fully satisfied all criteria to become a member. This means peace of mind and assurance that the advice you are given is from financial advisers who have proved they have specialist knowledge of the sector.

Level 4 Financial Planning Qualification Advisers must hold a Level 4 qualification for Financial Advice.
Long Term Care advisers must hold the minimum entry level requirement qualification for Long Term Care, such as CF8 or CeLTCI (Certificate in Long Term Care Insurance)

The Support with Confidence scheme is run by East Sussex County Council Trading Standards and Adult Social Care.

All services are vetted and approved on grounds of quality, safety, and training before being approved as a member of the scheme.
