Description

Active Hastings works closely with local providers of physical activity to give you easy, fun ways to get your everyday dose of physical activity. It only takes 30 minutes a day for adults and 60 a day for children to get fitter, healthier and happier. You can even break it down into 10 minute slots! We have activities for all ages and abilities from walks in the park to acrobatics and netball to tai chi. So whether you're a fitness freak of a couch potato, from 2 to 102, we've got something for you.

Walks

The walks are organised and led by the TCV and are a great way to meet people, make new friends, whilst enjoying a gentle walk, taken at your own pace. Suitable for all ages and abilities, including those who are recovering from illness or injury. For more information call the TCV on 07740 899559.
