Orchardown Rest Home

Description

Orchardown is a unique care home in the town centre of Eastbourne, catering for the elderly

Accommodation is on three floors and there is a passenger lift for residents who cannot manage the stairs. All rooms have been carefully decorated to suit the needs of the individual and the whole place has a feeling of home from the minute you walk in the door.

There is a large lounge where residents can relax and next to this there is a television area where morning coffee and afternoon tea is served. The dining room is tastefully decorated in co-ordinating colours and leads into the conservatory where residents can sit and relax and look out at the garden.

As well as the en suite facilities there is an assisted bathroom, with hydraulic bath seat and an assisted shower room on the first floor.

The home is able to take residents of both sexes over the age of 65 and we offer respite and short stays as well as being able to provide long term care in a home from home environment.
