Carers - Looking After Someone
If you're looking after an adult such as a member of your family, a friend or neighbour who has
- an illness or
- a disability or
- a mental health problem or
- an addiction
and who couldn't manage without your help, then you are a carer.
Browse the categories below to find a range of organisations, training and help developed to support you in your caring role.
If you are over 18 (or care for someone who is) and live in East Sussex, you can use our Carer's Assessment form to tell Adult Social Care about your care and support needs.
